I love reading Christmas letters and seeing all the photos. Even though my family hasn't sent one out for a few years, I thought I would share ours here.
2020 was a challenging but rewarding year. Jeff and I both switched jobs. Jeff joined the fire department in April, and I started at Stearns Lending as a mortgage loan originator in June. We both love our new jobs.
We also celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and snuck away to Galena for a relaxing weekend. My sweet mother-in-law babysat our kids.
Emma counseled at Hidden Acres Camp this summer and thrives helping kids. She is a natural leader and serves on the student leadership team. We enjoy her outgoing personality and heart for God.
Lily sings in the choir and cheers for basketball games and wrestling matches. She has a knack for decorating and redid her room. We ask her for fashion tips and love her creative, fun personality.
Abe mastered the quad backflip! He and his friends edit flipping videos for their YouTube channel and keep our cupboards bare:) He also enjoys wrestling and lifting weights. We love our kind-hearted muscle man.
Judd is the only one shorter than me. He hates being the youngest and longs to be a teenager. He solves rubik's cubes in less than a minute, challenges his friends to ping pong, and scored a few touchdowns in football. We love his witty, entrepreneurial personality.
As 2020 draws to an end, may you have a Merry Christmas and wonderful New Year!
