Laugh Out Loud (LOL)

A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”

What makes you laugh?

Do you like hanging out with your friends, watching funny movies, or reading amusing books? Maybe you chuckle at peculiar animals or situations.

This past winter snowed blanketed our yard, while cold seeped in our windows. From our dining room window, we watched a frisky brown squirrel steal food from our bird feeders. It greedily consumed the entire feeder in a day!

In order to remedy the problem, my husband purchased a “twirl-a-squirrel,” or a metal X feeder that held four corn cobs. To our delight, the chunky squirrel dangled from the tree and gobbled up the corn. His aerobic tricks cracked up our family.

Laughter brightens any day and relieves stress. The Bible refers to it as a healing medicine, and research claims it lowers blood pressure.

Since laughter is good for us, why don't we incorporate into our lives more?

Please share some funny stories or practical ways to add more laughter into our homes.
